60 kms race

The biggest challenge of the Raum'AREVA Urban Trail is this 60 kms long trail around Rauma. This is a deep immersion inside the beautiful forests around this city part of UNESCO world heritage. This trail is a wild adventure...so close to this 37000 inhabitants city.

This path will be the playground for many runners in the frame of 2 competitions :

starting at 08:00 an individual run all along these 60 kms, almost 50% longer than a marathon !
starting at 10:00 a relay race for 2 to 6 runners teams. Legs are between 8.5 and 13.5 kms long.

Leg lengths are :

9.8 kms
9.6 kms
8.6 kms
13.5 kms
9.7 kms
8.5 kms

Transportation of the runners to the relay points will be organized with shuttle bus. At the same places runners will find food and drink.

Time limit is 10h for individual runners and 8h for teams.

Furthermore each leg has its own time limit and next runners will be invited to start their leg before arrival of previous runner of the team at :

- leg 2 : 11:45

- leg 3 : 13:00

- leg 4 : 14:30

- leg 5 : 15:20

- leg 6 : 16:15

This would lead to 30min penalty.

Individual runners has to bring some mandatory material with them (see regulations for further details) :

• mobile phone

(put in one’s repertoire the security numbers of the organisation, keep it switched on, do not hide one’s number and do not forget to set off with recharged batteries)

• stock of water minimum 1 litre,
• food reserve

• cap or bandana.

This race is open to any runner born in 1996 or before (1993 or before for individual runners of 60kms race).

Showers will be available at Aijansuo stadium.
